Chad Griffin is a professional herpetologist with decades of experience handling reptiles of all types and sizes.  Along with his wife Cristina and their two sons, Sabastian and Balian, Chad runs CCSB Reptile Rescue and Rehab and is frequently called upon by members of the law enforcement community and other safety agencies, including municipal and regional police, fire departments and sheriff’s offices, as well as members of the public, to help in situations where reptiles are involved.

A strong advocate for animals, Chad trains professionals and others in techniques for safely handling and removing reptiles they may encounter in a way that protects both the animal and the people.   A regular speaker at law enforcement events, training seminars and educational functions, Chad shares his love and passion for these animals at every opportunity.
